Calling
At Lepage Associates, you will either reach a receptionist or a doctor when you call, or will get a return call soon after you call. While we are usually in the office, we cannot answer the telephone when we are with a client. When we are unavailable, you will get our private voicemail, so please feel free to leave a detailed message. We typically return calls on the same day you leave a message, or at least within 24 hours, sometimes with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Please put in the Subject line in capital letters: CLIENT INQUIRY. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours after sending an email, please call. While we check our email daily, unfortunately due to the masses of bulk mail that come in, occasionally client emails get mistakenly bumped into the bulk mail folder where they can easily be overlooked. New clients seeking an appointment should email the Office Manager; however, if you have questions only one of the doctors could answer, feel free to email a doctor directly as well.

Our office provides a perfect mid-point location with excellent accessibility for all of our Triangle clients. Conveniently located ½ mile off I-40 at Exit 276 Fayetteville Road (or ½ mile from the intersection of 54 and Fayetteville Road), at Sutton Station business park.

DIRECTIONS TO MAIN OFFICE
From I-40, take exit 276 and turn onto Fayetteville Road toward Durham and away from Southpoint Mall (so go right off 40 coming from Raleigh/Cary, go left off 40 coming from Chapel Hill); go about ˝ mile and you will see Sutton Station on the left; turn in on Geneva Drive and drive around back to #5842. Our Suite 106 is one of the four corners near the fountain, so from anywhere you park on campus just walk toward the middle courtyard/fountain. See below for a map with our our exact placement on the campus.

| When you park by building 5842, follow the walkway between 5842 and 5850 to our corner suite near the fountain; or anywhere at Sutton Station you park, just walk toward the center/fountain to our corner suite. In addition to being convenient, the location has many other benefits as well. Sutton Station is a campus/park with offices, restaurants, and retail shops, and a lovely grass commons and water fountain. |

SATELLITE PSYCHIATRY CLINIC LOCATION – CHAPEL HILL
The Lepage Associates Satellite Psychiatry Clinic is also conveniently located, just two miles off I-40 at exit 273 and just six miles from our main office. In addition to being convenient, the location has many other benefits as well. Similar to our main office, East 54 is a lovely business park with offices, restaurants, and shops.
DIRECTIONS TO CHAPEL HILL SATELLITE PSYCHIATRY OFFICE
From I-40, take exit 273 and turn onto Highway 54 toward Chapel Hill. Go about 2 miles and you will see East 54 on the left; turn in on Environ Way at the light and then go to the right just after you enter the complex. The building entrance is on the right under the green awning that says “East 54 Office Lobby Suites 1200-1490,” which is located to the left of Kerr Drug and to the right of Charles Schwab. Enter the lobby and take the elevator on the left to the 3rd floor; take a left off the elevator and the office is in “Regus” suites. Please notify the receptionist you have an appointment with Dr. Byrne. If it is after 5:00pm please dial 4726 on the phone outside the suite and Dr. Byrne will let you in. |
