Every other month we email a newsletter to keep interested people abreast of new information in the field and in touch with our services. Newsletter content would include such things as brief articles on a wide variety of topics related to mental health for adults and children, information on groups and seminars running at that time, any free seminars we are aware of within the community, helpful links to resources, etc. (Your sign up will not be displayed publicly at all and the fact that you have made this inquiry will be kept confidential.
