Tammy Lynne Lepage, M.Ed. is the Office Manager in charge of all non-clinical operations at Lepage Associates. She is responsible for the daily operations of the front office, which include appointment scheduling, client check-in, reconciliations, payroll, and insurance matters. Tammy graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Honors Degree earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English. After many years as an educator, she also earned a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to teaching, she has worked in both personal and commercial insurance, run a tutoring center, and currently owns and operates a part-time personal chef business. All of her experiences to date have focused around helping others, so her goal here at Lepage Associates to is ensure that every client has a positive experience. In her spare time, she is most often cooking and spending time with her fiancée, family and friends. Tammy is the sister of Lepage Associates founder Dr. Tina Lepage.
OFFICE MANAGER ASSISTANT
Rashanda Mason is the evening office manager assistant here are Lepage Associates. Her primary duties include overseeing client check-ins, appointment scheduling and providing friendly and helpful customer service for all current and future clients of Lepage. Rashanda graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham with a degree in Fashion Marketing and Management. However, her outgoing personality for helping to improve the quality of life for those around her has led her to a 13-year career in the field of Human Resources and Program Development, during the day working for a nationally accredited mental health agency. Rashanda also owns and operates her own consulting firm which concentrates on the image, public relations and community integration of local grass roots brands and businesses to include press releases, event organization and image consulting. This niche for creative flare made her the perfect fit to expand her duties at Lepage and be one of the writers for our Happiness Blog to help increase client engagement through social platforms in an interactive way. When she is not working (which is hardly ever…lol) you can find her at your local museum, concert or personally curated event.
