Assessment for children, teens, and adults, including evaluations that screen for co-occurring concerns.
Coordination with board-certified psychiatric providers, aligned with your therapy plan. Telehealth available.
HIPAA-compliant online sessions for individuals, couples, families, and teens across North Carolina.
Walk and talk on a paved trail, or meet on a bench in the courtyard. Outdoor therapeutic play available for children.

We are an out-of-network practice. Here is what that actually means for you.
Lepage Associates does not participate on insurance panels. We made that choice so clinical decisions stay between you and your clinician — not your plan.
Most insurance plans still reimburse a portion of our fees through your out-of-network benefits. Many plans reimburse the same percentage whether the provider is in network or out. For most clients, the difference in cost is smaller than expected.
- We check your out-of-network benefits for you before your first appointment, at no charge and with no obligation.
- We can file your claims for you, or give you a receipt with everything your plan needs.
- Reimbursement is paid directly to you by your insurer.
- HMO plans typically do not reimburse out-of-network care.
- Tricare: many of our therapists are Tricare-authorized non-network providers. Coverage varies by clinician and by service. Ask when you call.
- A limited number of reduced-fee appointments is available. Please ask about current availability.
- Payment is by credit or debit card, charged before your session. We do not accept cash or checks.
Therapy sessions start at $195. Evaluation pricing is quoted as a flat fee up front, so there are no surprise bills at the end.
