SARA BRAME, M.ED., NCC

Ms. Sara Brame has always had an understanding and eagerness to help teenagers and their families. She understands the internal struggles this age group undergoes with behavioral disturbances, social skill development, learning disabilities, identity crisis, as well as self-esteem and self-image concerns, or depression and anxiety. Sara creates an open environment for teens to share with her, as well as works to strengthen the relationship with their support network so they can also communicate effectively with their parents, teachers, etc.

Sara’s goal is to meet the teenager where they are and assist them in getting to where they want to be. She helps them identify their strengths and weaknesses, and create a plan to resolve and grow within themselves. Sara can help with whatever the teen is looking for, as well as what the parents, school, church, coach, or other network is striving to see. Sara will assist in helping determine temporary and life goals with the adolescent, and teach problem solving skills, conflict resolution, behavior management, emotion regulation, daily routines, and effective communication skills.
