Leslie Beckman Cenezy, MBA

Leslie Beckman Cenezy, MBA, serves as an Outreach Advisor for Lepage Associates, supporting clients by facilitating connections to community-based services that extend beyond the scope of in-house care, such as residential or inpatient treatment programs.

She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare, along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and French. Leslie brings a strong operational background in mental health practice management, including experience in human resources, accreditation and compliance, information systems, and client-centered service coordination.

Her role focuses on strengthening external partnerships and ensuring clients and families are supported in accessing appropriate levels of care when additional services are needed. She combines clinical understanding with operational insight to help streamline transitions and improve continuity of care.

Outside of her professional work, Leslie enjoys attending live music events, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
