Director of Financial Operations

Cheryl serves as the Director of Financial Operations, overseeing key business functions that support the practice’s financial health and operational performance. Her responsibilities include accounts receivable management, and the tracking and analysis of financial data and key performance indicators across all areas of the practice.

Cheryl manages business-to-consumer and business-to-business accounts receivable, trains and supervises administrative staff supporting billing functions, and ensures quality assurance and continuous improvement in billing and collections processes.

By integrating data from scheduling systems, revenue streams, and financial metrics, Cheryl provides financial analysis and forecasting to support informed decision-making and long-term growth for the organization.

Originally from Maine, Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and spent 20 years in the banking industry, advancing to the role of Assistant Vice President of Data Processing. She transitioned into healthcare operations in 2011, bringing her financial expertise into a more people-centered field.

Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys music, reading, classic films, baseball, spending time with her cats, and being with her adult son.
