Gina Lafrazza, Psy.D.

Dr. Gina LaFrazza is a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in comprehensive psychological assessments designed to provide diagnostic clarity and a clear understanding of each individual’s strengths and areas of need. Her evaluation work is focused on producing meaningful, actionable information that supports effective treatment planning.

She has over a decade of experience conducting psychological evaluations in private practice for a wide range of referral questions and settings. Although her role at Lepage Associates is focused exclusively on assessment, Dr. LaFrazza is also an experienced therapist and brings a strong clinical perspective to her evaluation work, ensuring that recommendations are practical, relevant, and usable for clients and providers.

Dr. LaFrazza’s assessment background includes specialized training in neuropsychological evaluation, which began during graduate school at the Shepherd Center, a leading hospital for traumatic brain injury. She also gained experience conducting risk assessments as an intern with the Emergency Evaluation and Action Committee at UNC–Chapel Hill.

She holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology as well as master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Educational Psychology. Dr. LaFrazza approaches assessment with care, precision, and clinical insight, helping clients better understand their symptoms and identify clear next steps for support and intervention.
