Karen Hand

Karen Hand is a Clinical Intake Specialist at Lepage Associates, where she is responsible for screening and coordinating intake calls and referrals, as well as managing scheduling communications. She also provides administrative support to the clinical team and Office Manager as needed.

Karen brings over 17 years of experience working in healthcare settings, assisting clients with scheduling, check-ins, and insurance-related processes. Her background includes work in pediatric and family healthcare, eye care, and cardiology, giving her a strong foundation in patient support and office coordination.

She is dedicated to helping clients navigate the intake and scheduling process with clarity and care, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience from the first point of contact.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her adult children, grandchildren, and dogs. She also enjoys crafts, knitting, home improvement projects, cruising in her Jeep Wrangler, and traveling with her husband.
