Tammy Lepage, M.Ed.

Tammy serves as Practice Operations Director, overseeing all non-clinical operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent, high-performing practice operations. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, including administrative staffing, training, and performance across core functions such as scheduling, billing, collections, customer service, database management, and business development. She also manages payroll, technology infrastructure, facilities, and external vendors to support efficient and reliable operations for both staff and clients.

In addition to operational leadership, Tammy directs business development and marketing initiatives, leading outreach and communication efforts across multiple platforms. She works closely with referral sources, partners, and current and former clients, and manages all clinical services contracting related to the practice’s business-to-business offerings.

Tammy graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English and earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. After a successful career in education, she expanded her professional background through work in personal and commercial insurance and by operating a tutoring center. In 2016, she transitioned into the mental healthcare field, bringing a broad and adaptable skill set to healthcare operations. She has served in this role for over a decade.

Outside of work, Tammy is an avid cook and owns a part-time personal chef business. She enjoys spending her free time cooking and being with family and friends. Tammy is the sister of Lepage Associates founder, Dr. Tina Lepage.
