Ryan has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, attentiondeficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), executive functioning difficulties, learning differences, school-related challenges, and selective mutism. While training at NYU Langone Health, he received specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for Selective Mutism (PCIT-SM) and Organizational Skills Training (OST) for children and adolescents with ADHD. Ryan has a particular interest in working with those with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, helping them develop organizational systems, improve time management, strengthen self-advocacy, and build greater independence. When working with children, he collaborates closely with parents, schools, and other professionals to ensure that skills learned in therapy extend into everyday life. As a former teacher, Ryan believes in meeting every child and adolescent where they are and recognizes that lasting growth begins with a strong therapeutic relationship.
